Want color choices? Staron® Solid Surfaces by Samsung are acrylic surfacing materials with an impressive color range, with more than 70 choices. The Tempest surface incorporates larger, translucent particulates and reflective chips into the material giving it a beautiful look that rivals quartz and natural stone.

All the Staron® Solid Surfaces are durable, stain-resistant, easy-to-clean and repairable. A healthy countertop choice, Staron® is nonporous, so bacteria, molds and moisture cannot penetrate its surface.

Imperceptible seams, plus the option to incorporate Staron® sinks or bowls, enables designers to customize a one-of-a-kind integrated solid-surface countertop system.

Care and Warranty

Normal cleaning requires a damp cloth and a mild cleanser. If you've chosen a matte finish, you can use an abrasive cleaner like Ajax or Comet. If you do use an abrasive cleaner, we recommend periodically cleaning the entire surface in a circular motion to maintain uniformity.

Avoid using strong acidic cleansers like those designed for drains, toilets or ovens. Some of them can cause whitening, which can be difficult to remove.

Troublesome spills and stains, like food dye, tea and fruit drinks, can be removed with full strength bleach followed by a general cleaner flushed with water. Do not let the bleach remain on the surface for more than five minutes.
